Literature Text

A silent horizon, bleak like an oil painting, curls at the edge of the sky. The rocky frame is crooked, pouring weather beaten artistry to the ground. And dorthy gets up, brushing off flakes of flaming-red acrylic, and mutters, "I don't think we're on canvas anymore."
this was inspired by a piece of artwork done by a family friend (Stuart Andrews) who owns a gallery up in buena vista Colorado (if you are ever up there, check him out, seriously. Amazing shit.) The line "I don't think we're on canvas anymore" is the title of the painting this was insipred by.
